Food was great, pulled pork not spectacular but above average. Appetizers were great, big portions. Ready to return to try the rest of the menu!
When they first opened what great food and addition to rural Iowa town. Since then the food has gone down hill. We were there today for their Fried Chicken Sunday special. Drove over 40 miles to take 93 year old mother-in-law to lunch. The chicken pieces were very small, looked and tasted like they had been pre fried, then refried for a couple minutes (the breading was dark brown and black) then served for the hefty price of $9.00 for a 3 piece dinner. We'll drive the extra 25 miles for a decent meal for now on.
